Integral Pianos may have been incorporated in 2021, but our story began decades earlier. In the 1970s, our founder’s father, Alex, started his piano tuning career in Ukraine after graduating from conservatory. What began as a chance pursuit soon became his lifelong vocation. Years later, Alex passed on his knowledge to his son, Michael Chudner, who discovered not only a passion for pianos but also for bringing joy to their owners.

Carrying the Tradition Forward

My name is Michael Chudner, and I’m proud to continue this family tradition as a second-generation piano tuner and technician. After moving to New York City, I initially pursued a degree in Finance and Business Administration at Baruch College. Yet, while helping my father, I realized my true calling was in the piano world. That passion led me to establish Integral Pianos—a name chosen to reflect our commitment to thorough, reliable, and comprehensive service.
