Reviews

"Michael is a rare combination of skilled tradesman and piano expert and historian. He was able to guide me through the vast inventory of previously owned upright pianos his company has acquired always aiming for my satisfaction. Not steering me. Not aiming to sell a piano but to turn me into a happy customer. I’m delighted with the piano and trust Michael and his team to advise me wisely as I learn how to care for the instrument as I play it."

"I'm very glad that I came across Michael and Integral Pianos. He was incredibly helpful and informative. And did a wonderful job on tuning our piano. I can't recommend Michael enough."

"I had been searching for someone who could assist with assembling my electronic piano, and it proved surprisingly difficult to find help. I reached out to Integral Pianos, and although electronic pianos are not their area of expertise, they were willing to help—which I really appreciated. I ended up going with a different option, but their customer service stood out: clear, prompt, and respectful communication throughout."

"Michael explained all my options for improving the mechanics of my piano, which hadn't been worked on for many years. He completed all the repairs and the tuning and worked diligently to make sure that my piano would sound better than it ever has. It's now a pleasure to play. I highly recommend Integral Pianos."
