Your Piano. New Possibilities.

Professional PianoDisc installations, upgrades, recording systems, and silent piano solutions, performed with the care your instrument deserves.

Our Specialty

Your Piano, Playing Itself

We install PianoDisc Prodigy II, a system that allows automatic piano playback. It's like having a ghost pianist over, 24/7.

Silent Piano, Happy Neighbors

We install systems that let you play your piano in headphones, completely silent.

Take full advantage of the touch of a real piano, flipping the switch between acoustic sound and quiet as you please.

Record Your Own Performance

ProRecord helps capture your performance exactly like it was, and play it back after. (Yes, with MIDI!)

No More Floppy Disks or CDs. Just Music.

Systems with outdated units can be upgraded to a modern system controlled by an Ipad. Your system has issues? We handle repairs too!

Trained. Certified. Trusted.

Specialized installation training backed by years of hands-on piano technical experience.

Guidance & Ongoing Support

Whether we do a new install, or simply upgrade or repair your current set up, we explain the system's operation and remain available for future servicing, adjustments, and upgrades.

We also offer annual plans that include regular piano maintenance, as well as support, updates and monitoring of your new system.

Professional Installation, Without the Disruption

We take care of the entire process, from pickup to delivery.

Unlike installations performed in a customer's home, Integral Pianos completes full PianoDisc Prodigy II installations at our dedicated piano workshop.

This allows our technicians to work in a controlled, professional environment, with access to the equipment, tools, and workspace necessary to perform every stage of the installation without the limitations of working on-site.

For you, the experience is simple: we arrange to pick up your piano, complete the installation, carefully calibrate and test the system, and return your instrument with an entirely new set of capabilities.

No extended installation work in your home. No unnecessary disruption. Just your familiar piano, transformed.

Why Our Workshop-Based Approach Matters

  • No mess or disruption at home. All major installation work takes place at our facility.

  • No compromises in workmanship. Our technicians have the space, tools, and working conditions needed for a meticulous installation.

  • Thorough calibration and testing. We can dedicate the necessary time to fine-tuning the system before returning your piano.

  • Convenient pickup and delivery. We coordinate the transportation process from start to finish.

  • One seamless experience. Your piano leaves as a traditional acoustic instrument and returns with remarkable new capabilities.

Our workshop-based installation process applies to new, complete PianoDisc Prodigy II player system installations. Other PianoDisc services, including repairs, upgrades, and recording or silent-system installations, are evaluated individually.

Why Choose Integral Pianos?

Piano expertise first. We understand the instrument beyond the electronics, from the keyboard and action to the acoustic components.

Specialized training. Our PianoDisc installation certification reflects our commitment to developing the skills required for this specialized work.

Attention to detail. We believe a successful installation should integrate naturally with the instrument, not compromise its character.

Long-term service. Our relationship with the instrument doesn't have to end after installation. We also provide piano tuning, repairs, maintenance, and restoration.

Reviews

"Michael is a rare combination of skilled tradesman and piano expert and historian. He was able to guide me through the vast inventory of previously owned upright pianos his company has acquired always aiming for my satisfaction. Not steering me. Not aiming to sell a piano but to turn me into a happy customer. I’m delighted with the piano and trust Michael and his team to advise me wisely as I learn how to care for the instrument as I play it."

"I had been searching for someone who could assist with assembling my electronic piano, and it proved surprisingly difficult to find help. I reached out to Integral Pianos, and although electronic pianos are not their area of expertise, they were willing to help—which I really appreciated. I ended up going with a different option, but their customer service stood out: clear, prompt, and respectful communication throughout."

"Michael explained all my options for improving the mechanics of my piano, which hadn't been worked on for many years. He completed all the repairs and the tuning and worked diligently to make sure that my piano would sound better than it ever has. It's now a pleasure to play. I highly recommend Integral Pianos."
